Best dentist I’ve been to since my childhood dentist. I went to a slew of “sales-focused” dental offices and couldn’t find anyone that would simply have my teeth and gums in their best interest. I had my first Dental visit with Broomfield Premiere Dentistry and very happy I did! I had an exam, X-rays and cleaning with Dr Italia. He was very thorough and took his time explaining his findings and made sure I understood what he found and why I needed to treat my issues. Dr Italia was the Dentist I was looking for! His assistant was very kind and made me feel at ease. His receptionist was so friendly and made a great first impression representing the office. The office itself was very clean and up to date. His marketing materials promise caring, customized care for each patient, and his performance materially exceeds those expectations. I can personally attest to the fact that he goes above and beyond to ensure his patients' comfort and satisfaction. My most recent experience is another example of his superior customer service. I went to the office for a cleaning and was concerned about unsightly stains on my teeth. First, he thoroughly brainstormed possible solutions before the appointment started, which I greatly appreciated. Once he realized his standard efforts weren't effectively removing the stains, he suggested another procedure to get the job done. I am excited to say it worked, and I am smiling big again.
